Autumn Arthur, Assistant Editor
Autumn Arthur plans to continue learning more about the arts and visual arts throughout the rest of her time in high school. After graduation, she plans to attend the Kansas City Art Institute and begin her studies in the majors of photography and cinema photography. Autumn also has always enjoyed drawing and painting as a hobby and have not yet decided to study in those majors.
For most of her life, Autumn always had the stereotypes of being “quiet, smart, and introverted.” She does not deny any of these affirmations, but she does not want to be known or remembered as these personality types. She has a hard time trying to change her image because it takes her more time to open up and become comfortable around people she’s not used to. Playing softball has helped her be more of herself and become comfortable with the people around her. Her family always said that she seems like a completely different person when she’s playing the sport.
Although Autumn enjoys softball and never wants to quit playing, she does not plan on playing the sport in college. She has always been interested in the arts and has been said that she is a good writer. Autumn never really enjoys writing and has not planned on doing anything with it as a career. She has taken the class Intro to Journalism and is currently taking Journalism I.
