The Class of 2014’s finals days are near. This year’s graduating class entered high school in 2011 as freshmen, not knowing what to expect, and transitioned to an intelligent senior in four years. Some seniors are going to college to continue their education and some are going to jump into the workforce.
Secretary Barbara Campbell says, “Some have accomplished a level of maturity that I thought I wouldn’t see. I think we have a group of seniors that’s going to go on and do bigger and better things in life.”
Mrs. Brack agrees.
“This group of seniors has grown up and hopefully they have decided on what they’re going to do in life,” Brack said.
Senior Deja Bell says, “I’m going to a college in Atlanta where I will major in fashion.”
With 40 days until graduation, seniors are ready to take the next big step in life.
“I will be attending Lindenwood University to major in business and administration. I will also play football while I’m there,” said senior Jerel Alexander.
