On Tuesday Dec.3, GHS is hosting it’s annual poetry night in the auditorium at 7 p.m.

Poetry night is an event that allows students to share their poems. A popular part of the event is the Cyber, where the students express themselves by rapping to a beat.

Sophomore Tangela Taylor says, “I like poetry night because it gives students a chance to express themselves and their talents.”

AC house journalism teacher Mark Cox agrees.

“Poetry night is an outstanding event. It’s always fun to see and hear students express themselves in such a creative way,” Mr. Cox said.
