To those who love basketball and for those who like to help others, the fifth annual Hoop it for Harvesters should be a win-win.

Set for Jan. 20-21, Hoop it for Harvesters will take place at the Sprint Center during the Time Warner/Metro Sports High School Basketball Showcase. The GHS boys basketball team will face Rockhurst at 6 p.m. Jan. 21.

Admission is $6 per person from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Jan. 20 and from 10 a.m. top 8 p.m. Jan. 21 for anyone who makes a donation of at least four non-perishable food items.

Harvesters will accept can or box food donations Jan. 20-21 at the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame (located inside Sprint Center). Visitors will also receive the discount when they bring food items to drop off as they purchase tickets to the box office inside the Sprint Center lobby.
