The Grandview High School cross country team is excited to finally have its season underway.

The team opened its season Sept. 3 at the Cass County Invitational, hosted by Belton High School.

“I’m pretty excited about watching our senior girl Elizabeth Rocha this season,” said Head Coach Dana Bedwell. “This is her fourth year, and she has been working very hard. Junior Brandon Kinney is new to the team, and he is someone to keep your eye on as well,” Bedwell added.

Rocha medaled at the Sept. 3 meet.
