Inga Jensen is a sophomore in high school and she wants to continue learning more about photography and writing. She is in Intro to Journalism which is only the beginning of her path to interviewing and photography. Since she is a people person, interviewing her peers is something that sparks interest in her as well as the freedom and various topics she’s able to write about. She took Intro to Journalism mostly for the yearbook, but as she’s been in the class, a lot more aspects of Journalism excite her like writing special interest stories. She likes writing about things that she’s passionate about so Journalism is the perfect fit.
She has lived in the Grandview area her whole life but she has many experiences with life outside of Grandview. She’s traveled to St. Louis and tries to get out of the house as much as she can. Whether she just goes to the store or drives to a random disclosed part of Missouri, she is always on her feet. Most people describe her as confident, witty, and fun. However, she is a person that takes time to get used to because of her direct manner. She hopes to go to the University of Missouri to major in Film Production. She loves videography and wants to make a career out of it whether it be a director, screenwriter, or cinematographer. She doesn’t participate in extracurricular activities because of time constraints, but in her free time, she makes short videos and edits pictures.
