Sixteen-year-old Amaya Warren plans to be an anchor at an Oregon broadcasting station. She has been in Broadcast 1 and 2 classes, and she takes an interest in informing the school of the latest action.
“I think being in these types of classes are preparing me for college and the career I want to pursue,” Warren said.
Warren plays defender and forward on the varsity girls soccer team. She has a part-time job after school and she said she spends most of her money shopping for Nike shoes.
Warren's favorite food is cheeseburgers. She has one older sister who she goes to for advice, but wishes she had a brother as well. She was Student Council President in 8th grade.
