Grandview School District FREE Physical Night

Any student who will be participating in athletics/activities during the 2018-2019 school year for Grandview High School or our middle school athletic programs can come to the high school cafeteria on

Wednesday, May 23, 2018 from 6:00-8:30pm.

Please park in the back and enter through the gymnasium doors.

You will need to set up PRIVIT Account and fill out all required online forms. This can be done online at:

The cost is FREE. Only physicals completed after 2/1/18 will be valid for the next school year.
